Returns Policy
We will accept returns or exchanges of any unwanted items within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return or an exchange items must be unused, in the original condition that you received them in and in the original packaging.

In the case of returns and exchanges of unwanted items, the cost of shipping is non-refundable.

Please note that customised items: Custom Cut and/or Custom Swarovski are non-returnable

Items which are faulty, or not as described can be returned and will be eligible for a full refund (including shipping costs) or an exchange within 14 days of purchase.
